Jonna is the CEO of Kali, an organic tampon and pad subscription service that focuses on empowering women and educating them on what they are putting in their bodies. Her background is in finance. She has worked as a CFO for various companies in the past. She loves what Kali stands for. Originally from Finland, now she spends her time between Florida and Manhattan.

Can’t Live Without:
Almond Milk Lattes and Mascara.

Loves:
Cool summer nights on my roof top with friends, fresh flowers in my apartment, cooking, working on Kali, throwing dinner parties, yoga, and traveling.

Hates:
The subway, anchovies, and chipped nails.

Erica Joy Dunn

Bio:
Erica is a Reiki Master and Certified Holistic Health Coach, working with people who are looking to improve and restore their vital health through spirituality. Guided by the present moment, Erica facilitates reiki sessions all over New York City and her work has been featured on mindbodygreen, Thrive Global, Shine, The Fullest, Brit + Co and Mama Glow . Erica is an intuitive marketing and brand strategist and the Founder of The Wellness Mercantile which is a print + digital monthly magazine and online shop that celebrates women in the wellness industry and the movement towards collective consciousness.

Can’t Live Without:
I can’t live without my very sweet dog Georgia, 9 year old chocolate lab and of course, my husband Adam.

Loves:
Right now I am LOVING my Daughter of The Land balancing oil which I use on my face every single morning. I am also loving my JLEW cruelty free heavy weight triangle top tote which is big enough to carry everything I need in a day – traveling around the city from reiki appointments to meetings to yoga at Shaktibarre.

Hates:
I honestly am not HATING on much right now…maybe just jam packed subways especially on these super hot, sweaty summer days. And bad coffee really bums be out.

Bio:
Kayla Kleinman is the creator of fitness and wellness blog Kayla in the City. When she is not blogging, she is usually running around Manhattan in yoga pants, teaching yoga, building her wellness company, Holistic Happening, and forgetting that she’s in grad school.

Caffeine.

Katherine Curkin is a media relations specialist for real estate, design, architecture, and lifestyle clients, with over a decade of experience. Katherine graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English and a minor in communications and holds a Master of Sciences from Florida International University’s Global Strategic Communications program. Originally from Boston, she lives in Manhattan with her husband Charlie and dog, Rocky.

Can’t Live Without:
A cute, comfortable pair of flats for running around the city.

Loves:
Travel (anywhere, really, but Australia and Portugal are all on the top of my list right now), anything New England (quaint summer islands, sports teams, etc.), dogs, handwritten notes, al-fresco meals with friends, SLT workout classes, and a really good Saks sale.

Hates:
The NYC subway, mushrooms, and 9-6 office hours.

Bio:
Natasha Richardson is a medical herbalist from the UK. She qualified in 2010 with a Bsc(Hons) in herbal medicine. Since then she has trained as a doula and antenatal teacher. She specializes in helping women have periods they enjoy.

Can’t Live Without:
Chocolate raw or otherwise.

Loves:
Sitting quietly somewhere wild.

Hates:
Noisy commutes into London.

Isabelle Marsh

Bio:
Isabelle is a writer, educator and storyteller. She is passionate about women in wellness, all things organic, and all things care-free. In her spare time, she educates her community on the importance of shopping local.

Can’t Live Without:
My chapstick.

Loves:
Tea, the color orange, #fitlife, anything with cucumbers, and airports.

Hates:
Mayo (that’s pretty much it).

Diana M. Chan

Bio:
Diana is the Founder of DRINK PINK Company, a wine importing company in New York and Miami, representing some of the best French rosé, red, and white wines crafted by multi-generational family winemakers. As a graduate of Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration, Diana is grateful for her upbringing and capitalizes on her professional background in business development strategy, sales, and marketing for luxury hotel brands. Born in Hong Kong and a native New Yorker since 3 feet tall, Diana is fluent in Cantonese, Chao Zhou, and intermediate French.

You will always find Diana wine tasting, wine shopping, and food and wine pairing. She enjoys representing DRINK PINK Company and hosting wine events for private enterprises and individual clients. Alicia Baumiller

Bio:
Hello! I’m Alicia Grace Baumiller, born and bred in Cleveland, OH. About ten years ago, I moved to sunny south Florida where I became an instant fan of swaying palm trees, warm balmy breezes, sunshine, and warm weather all year around. In 2011, I started A. Grace + Co., Inc, currently known as Grace Linens. We design and manufacturer bespoke linens for yachts, homes, and cabanas all over the world.

Residing in Miami on Brickell, I enjoy working and also teaching Bikram yoga in my free time. When I went to Bikram teacher training in 2011, my life changed in such a positive way and was filled with a lot of magic. I love to travel to the Caribbean, Mexico, East Coast, and enjoy any activity in which I can wear a cut-out sexy one piece and bath in the sunshine 🙂

Friends that are her chosen family, the sunshine, and her fiancé.

St. Barth, resort wear, my apartment when it is super clean (ahhh), busy holidays with family and friends, island vacations with awesome people, yachts, playing golf with my dad, rosé, hydrangeas, cool work-out gear, forgiveness, and badminton.

Helaine Schonfeld is a Nutritionist with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutrition. Dedicated, passionate, and skilled in multiple areas of nutrition, she is also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), providing nutrition and lactation guidance during the prenatal and postnatal periods. She takes an individualized approach with each client to create an eating lifestyle that is tailored to his or her specific needs. Her goal is to empower and educate her clients so that they can feel better and achieve their personal health and nutrition goals.

Stevia, being in nature (especially near water), and my Buddhist practice.

Bio:
Katie is an travel ICU registered nurse. Through her career, she has developed a passion for educating people on health and wellness as a primary proactive prevention and not as a reactive approach. She loves the unique opportunity travel nursing brings, not only for personal growth, but also as an opportunity to understand the diverse populations in this country, first hand experiencing the healthcare obstacles women face across the United States. Currently, she has a contract in NYC and is loving everything this amazing city has to offer!

Can’t Live Without:
Dark chocolate, a strong cup of black coffee, and my amazing girlfriends who inspire me to be the best version of me every day.

Loves:
Destination marathons. Next stop – Great Wall of China marathon! Oversized cashmere sweaters, random NYC subway performers (good and bad), and anything blue!

Beets (I’ve tried so hard to like them) and slow walkers.
