We don’t want to be dramatic or anything, but…this may be the hardest article we’ve ever written lol. We are deeply in love with everything at Trader Joe’s. You might even find Kali there one day soon. However, if we HAD to pick a few items that we just couldn’t live without they would be:

Cauliflower Pizza Crust

We know what you’re thinking, cauliflower isn’t pizza crust. And you’re right… but this is the best gluten free, low carb version we’ve found. It’s super thin and gets nice and crispy. We recommend cooking for 5 minutes longer on each side than the directions say. Top with anything your heart desires! Spinach, goat cheese, turkey pepperoni, or maybe load it up with your favorite veggies? Ok, now we are hungry!

Cauliflower Gnocchi

So if you’ve been living under a rock, you may not have heard about this, in which case, it’s a must-try. For the rest of us, you know how good this stuff is! Try baking it for a crispy crust, without any sticking like the pan frying method. Plus, it’s almost completely hands off. Just set the oven to 425 degrees, cut open the bag, coat the gnocchi with olive oil in the bag, pour gnocchi onto a lined sheet pan, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through. It is so delicious and it’s gluten/dairy free. Top with whatever you’d like, but we prefer the Vegan Kale, Cashew, and Basil Pesto.

Vegan Kale, Cashew, and Basil Pesto

This is so yummy on top of the Cauliflower Gnocchi, but it can definitely be used with any type of pasta. You could also spread it on bread for sandwiches, use as a sauce for pizza, brush on corn, add to veggies, or mix into chicken, tuna, or egg salad instead of mayo. The possibilities are endless! We keep a couple in freezer, so we always have one on hand.

Everything But The Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend

This stuff is totally addictive! We are OBSESSED!!! You can sprinkle it on anything, seriously. Check out this article about how you can use it 100 different ways! We love to put it on top of avocado toast with a squeeze of lemon and red pepper flakes. Yum!

We are firm believers in always having fresh flowers in the house. They just make us happy. However, that can be an expensive habit. Trader Joe’s to the rescue! The flowers here are absolutely beautiful and so inexpensive. Go ahead and get yourself a little happy.

Charles Shaw Rose Wine made with Organic Grapes

Affectionately known to collage students as “2 Buck Chuck”, the Charles Shaw label has gotten a bad wrap for only having “cheap” wines. We can’t speak for the other varieties, but we have to admit, the Rosé is delicious. Enjoy a super cold glass and soak up the rest of summer. Cheers!

Happy Shopping!
