For a city that’s so health-obsessed, Angelenos can’t get enough of their donuts. If one spin class can burn off one donut, you might as well indulge in that donut since you’re going to take the spin class anyways- it’s only logical. Plus, if it’s vegan and organic it’s basically good for you, so do the calories even really count?

To give you an idea of just how obsessed the City of Angels is, there are hundreds of donut shops in LA with 42 in Huntington Park alone, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health. Purple ube, matcha latte, samoa, horchata- the flavors are as endless as the number of donut shops. And with veganism on the rise (even Gordon Ramsay isn’t making fun of vegans anymore) more and more shops are offering vegan options. But donut take my word for it and try out one of these popular LA shops for yourself.
